{"id":17,"date":"2014-07-22T05:27:40","date_gmt":"2014-07-22T05:27:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ctpatcertificacion.com\/?p=17"},"modified":"2018-12-18T05:28:48","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T05:28:48","slug":"2014-c-tpat-general-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ctpatcertificacion.com\/en\/2014-c-tpat-general-session\/","title":{"rendered":"2014 C-TPAT General Session"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>JW Marriot Resort &amp; Conference Center<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It\u2019s officially time to register for the 2014 &nbsp;C-TPAT National Conference.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despite&nbsp;substantial scrutiny and restriction due to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) guidelines for government sponsored conferences, a scaled back C-TPAT conference will go on. &nbsp;This year\u2019s theme will be&nbsp;<strong>\u201cC-TPAT: Partnering in Supply Chain Security and Facilitation for the 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;Century.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s what you need to know:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Where<\/strong>: The 2014 C-TPAT National Conference will be held in&nbsp;<strong>San Antonio, TX<\/strong>&nbsp;at the JW Marriott in San Antonio Hill Country.<\/li><li><strong>When<\/strong>:&nbsp;<strong>August 26 and 27&nbsp;<em>OR<\/em>&nbsp;27, and 28, 2014<\/strong>. As in recent years, the format will be a workshop day on August 26th, and general session day on August 27th and a second workshop day on August 28th. When registering for the event, you will be asked to select either session A (workshop day of August 26th and general session day of August 27th) or session B (general session day of August 27th and workshop day of August 28th).<\/li><li><strong>Registration<\/strong>: July 23rd, 2014 at 1200 Noon EST. Registration will be first come, first serve as it has been in the past. &nbsp;<strong>The registration fee is $104.00 U.S. dollars and must be made online prior to arriving at the seminar.&nbsp;<\/strong>The links for registration are:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Session A<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 &nbsp;<strong>August 26 and 27&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Session B<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 &nbsp;<strong>August 27 and 28<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>WHO: &nbsp;<\/strong>Attendance is limited to a maximum of two persons, one which must be a designated point of contact (POC) listed in the company\u2019s C-TPAT Portal account. At the time of registration, members will be required to provide identifying information as it appears in the C-TPAT Portal. This identifying information must include: Company name, C-TPAT account number, and POC email address.
